Job description
**Service Supervisor**
The Service Supervisor is responsible for managing all maintenance activities at the site, which includes supervising staff, coordinating apartment turnovers, and liaising with vendors. This role ensures adherence to safety standards, oversees budget management, and upholds exceptional service levels for property maintenance requests. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in building maintenance in a supervisory role and must have an EPA 608 certification. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening.
