**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**

Your responsibilities will encompass managing budgets, overseeing vendor partnerships, directing capital projects, and handling daily maintenance tasks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. A high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a solid understanding of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are essential.
