The Service Technician II plays a crucial role in conducting regular upkeep of building systems, appliances, and communal areas to maintain their operational efficiency and visual attractiveness. This position also involves getting vacant apartments ready for incoming residents and keeping precise documentation of service requests and preventive maintenance tasks. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property maintenance and hold a valid driver’s license. Essential skills include expertise in areas like plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair, along with the willingness to be part of an on-call rotation.
