Job description
The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising the day-to-day functions of the restaurant, which includes managing both opening and closing tasks, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures. This role involves guiding the team to uphold exceptional levels of customer service, food quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry or hold certifications for all company roles. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is desirable, and candidates must be capable of passing a food safety audit.
