Job description
**Shift Manager**
The Shift Manager is responsible for guiding restaurant operations during shifts, focusing on maintaining excellent food safety, quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, managing stock levels, and supervising daily operations such as cash handling and facility upkeep. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant or retail sector, with a strong preference for those who have completed three months in a shift leadership role. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have reliable means of transportation, and exhibit effective leadership and communication abilities.
