Job description
**Shift Manager**
The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, mentoring team members, and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and food safety. This role includes managing inventory and cash handling, as well as fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere. Applicants should possess 2-3 years of experience in retail or food service, with a preferred minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
