Job description
**Job Title: Shift Supervisor**
The Shift Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the store, guiding the team and ensuring that all opening and closing tasks are efficiently handled when management is unavailable. This role focuses on enhancing store performance, upholding merchandise presentation standards, and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts. While a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in retail supervision are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
