Job description
The Director will oversee Patient Access and front-end revenue cycle operations within the hospital setting, managing teams across various departments, including the Emergency Department. This position is tasked with ensuring operational effectiveness, leading the workforce, managing client relationships, and enhancing revenue cycle results. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience within hospital Patient Access or similar healthcare revenue cycle sectors. This role necessitates onsite presence in Sacramento and involves leadership over a 24/7 operation, requiring availability for after-hours or weekend assistance.
