Job description
**Job Title: Store Operations Lead**
Oversee the daily operations of the store by guiding team members in the preparation of food and beverages, while upholding exceptional customer service standards. Ensure a friendly atmosphere by effectively delegating tasks and complying with all safety and security regulations. A minimum of six months’ experience in customer service and at least six months in a supervisory role is required. Candidates should be open to flexible working hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
