**Job Title: Deli Bakery Department Manager**
The Deli Bakery Department Manager oversees the daily operations of the retail environment, focusing on inventory control, production scheduling, and team management. This role involves achieving company objectives, adhering to food safety regulations, and upholding exceptional cleanliness and product quality standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate robust leadership and organizational abilities. A minimum of two years of retail experience, along with at least one year in a supervisory position, is preferred.
