**Job Title: Children’s Ski Program Supervisor**
The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions, staffing, and instructional training for the children’s ski program, ensuring that lesson experiences are enjoyable, safe, and of superior quality. This role includes offering continuous coaching and performance evaluation for instructors, as well as collaborating with different departments to ensure the smooth operation of the entire area. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and have a minimum of two years of experience in a PSIA/AASI affiliated school. A PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification is mandatory, alongside advanced skiing abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
