Job description
The supervisor oversees the daily functions, personnel, and training of the private lesson program, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences. They are responsible for continuous coaching and performance oversight of instructors to uphold safety and operational excellence. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in a PSIA/AASI affiliated school. Additionally, candidates must hold at least a PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification and demonstrate advanced skiing or riding abilities.
