**Regional Fabrication Manager**
The Regional Fabrication Manager is responsible for managing operations, developing strategic plans, and overseeing personnel within all regional leadership and fabrication services for the sheet metal shop. This position is key in maintaining productivity, ensuring quality, adhering to safety regulations, and achieving financial success across various regional sites. Applicants should possess over 15 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to sheet metal fabrication, along with substantial leadership experience. Candidates must also demonstrate expertise in industry standards such as SMACNA, be familiar with construction software, and have the capability to interpret intricate mechanical drawings.
