Job description
The Small Format Team Leader oversees the daily functions of the store, focusing on inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising efforts to provide a uniform experience for guests. This position involves guiding and mentoring a team of hourly staff to achieve sales targets and uphold excellent service quality. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. The role demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability during evenings and weekends, as well as the physical ability to manage merchandise and utilize store equipment effectively.
