**Job Title: Coffeehouse Team Leader**
Guide a team in establishing significant connections and cultivating an inviting atmosphere for the community. Oversee the daily operations of the coffeehouse while promoting team development and upholding exceptional standards in both craft and customer service. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer service management, or 4+ years of service in the US Military. Successful candidates will demonstrate robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to work full-time, including flexible hours.
