Job description
Participants will take part in a comprehensive six-month training initiative aimed at enhancing skills in sales operations, route management, and frontline leadership, ultimately gearing them towards the position of Market Sales Leader. Key responsibilities encompass aiding in route sales implementation, nurturing customer relationships, and working alongside various teams to achieve business objectives. Applicants must be recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a pertinent discipline, demonstrating significant leadership potential. Additionally, candidates are required to have a valid driver’s license and the capability to secure a DOT medical certification, as well as the physical capacity to carry out field-related duties.
