Job description
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the job site operations, which includes coordinating subcontractor schedules, upholding quality standards, and enforcing safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle, from obtaining permits to final closeout. Additionally, they play a key role in managing the customer experience and addressing warranty requests post-completion to ensure prompt resolution of any concerns. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, alongside two to four years of relevant experience in construction. Essential skills include the ability to interpret construction documents, manage budgets effectively, and a solid understanding of building codes and permitting processes.
