The Account Resolution Specialist is tasked with recovering overdue loans, managing negative account balances, and handling returned checks, acting as the main liaison for collection efforts. This role involves negotiating solutions with members to address account discrepancies, all while ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with credit union regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with one to twelve months of pertinent experience. Essential skills include effective communication, negotiation, and proficiency in mathematics, as well as the capability to utilize standard office software and equipment effectively.
