**Job Title: Supervisor**
The Supervisor is responsible for guiding, overseeing, and coaching store associates, particularly those facing employment challenges, to support their career growth and employment success. This role also entails ensuring operational efficiency, boosting sales, and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction in the retail setting. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, coupled with a minimum of three years in training, education, or retail/customer service roles. Candidates need to demonstrate strong leadership and communication abilities, as well as technical proficiency, with the capacity to handle physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
