Job description
**Job Title: Team Captain**
The Team Captain oversees the daily functions of the sales floor, which encompasses merchandising, inventory oversight, and delivering an exceptional experience for athletes. This role involves mentoring, creating schedules, and evaluating the performance of team members to achieve both operational and financial objectives. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service. Prior leadership experience is advantageous, and the position demands excellent communication and operational capabilities.
