Job Summary
The Assistant Maintenance Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily functions of building systems and equipment. This position involves supervising maintenance staff and ensuring that luxury service standards are upheld through effective preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as delivering outstanding customer service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Support operational maintenance of building systems and equipment.
- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in their daily tasks.
- Ensure compliance with luxury standards through preventative maintenance practices and timely repairs.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, addressing their maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA 608/CFC certification is essential.
- Proven technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, particularly in a multi-family or facility context.
