Job description
The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing urgent maintenance tasks, fulfilling work orders, and executing repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, they perform preventive maintenance, uphold safety standards for the property, and may take on the responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager as needed. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of maintenance experience in a multifamily setting and hold EPA certification. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with fundamental skills in Microsoft Office.
