Job description
**Team Leader**
The Team Leader plays a vital role in assisting store management by mentoring team members, providing outstanding customer service, and supervising specific sales-floor sections. This position entails implementing merchandising guidelines, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily store activities. Ideal candidates will have a background in retail and excellent interpersonal abilities, with a preference for familiarity with farming, ranching, or pet care sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and be physically able to perform tasks that may involve lifting items up to 50 pounds.
