Job description
The Accounting Team Lead will direct financial reporting, manage journal entries, and perform account reconciliations, while promoting a culture of responsibility and ongoing advancement. This role includes support for both internal and external audits, regulatory compliance reporting, and assistance with accounts payable tasks. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, expertise in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with general ledger systems are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking or financial services sector.
