Job description
The coordinator plays a vital role in implementing merchandising guidelines, managing incoming truck deliveries, and facilitating the smooth transfer of merchandise to the sales floor. This position also involves coaching team members, upholding store cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of retail experience alongside six months in a leadership role. The job requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for nights and weekends, as well as the physical strength to lift heavy items.
