Job description
**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the effective operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties include overseeing merchandising activities, inventory management, maintaining customer service excellence, and assigning daily tasks to team members. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capacity to handle physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
