Job description
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients to provide complimentary roof inspections and arrange appointments. This role includes keeping precise records in the CRM system and achieving performance goals related to call volumes and conversion rates. Applicants must be available to work on-site in Blackwood, NJ, and should demonstrate outstanding communication skills and a strong sales orientation. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and prior experience in phone sales is highly desirable.
