**Job Title: Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a designated area of the retail sales floor. This position entails supervising merchandising efforts, overseeing inventory management, ensuring high customer service standards are met, and delegating daily responsibilities within the team. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-scale retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, as the role requires availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays, in addition to the capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
