**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of the store, which includes managing merchandising and the stockroom. They collaborate with leadership to meet performance goals and act as a representative of the Crocs brand. Applicants should be at least 16 years of age and capable of working a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position demands physical endurance to remain on your feet for up to 8 hours, lift items weighing up to 30 pounds, and engage in activities such as climbing ladders and rearranging merchandise.
