Job description
**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the effective functioning of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties involve supervising merchandising efforts, managing inventory procedures, ensuring high standards of customer service, and overseeing staff performance. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid-sized to large retail setting. This position necessitates flexible scheduling, accommodating evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the capability to execute physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
