Job Summary
The Medical Assistant is responsible for carrying out essential technical support functions within a clinic environment, under the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional. This role involves a mix of clinical and administrative duties, contributing to patient care and the management of electronic health records.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing routine technical services related to patient care.
- Support administrative and clinical activities as directed by supervising practitioners.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited educational program for Medical Assistants.
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Current certification in CPR.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
