**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for delivering effective leadership and direction to ensure the smooth operation of a designated retail sales floor area. This role encompasses managing merchandising strategies, inventory control, upholding customer service excellence, and assigning daily tasks to team members. Prospective candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid-sized to large retail setting. The position demands flexibility in scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capability to undertake physical activities, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
