The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in delivering customer service while independently diagnosing and fixing high-speed cash-handling machinery. Responsibilities include carrying out machine installations, conducting system upgrades, and meticulously keeping records of parts and tools used. Ideal candidates will possess a background in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering, along with 3-5 years of hands-on technical field service expertise. A valid driver’s license and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds are necessary for this position, which is primarily field-based.
