**Job Title: Zone Team Leader**
The Zone Team Leader is responsible for offering leadership and direction to ensure the effective functioning of a designated retail sales floor zone. Key responsibilities encompass managing merchandising efforts, upholding customer service excellence, overseeing inventory management, and supervising store staff. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of two years of experience in retail supervision. The position demands onsite availability, including during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
