Job description
The Property Manager plays a key role in supervising all aspects of marketing, leasing, administration, and maintenance to meet budget targets. This position also involves managing relationships with residents, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the property. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in multi-family property management and demonstrate strong financial acumen and leadership abilities. A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is essential, and candidates should be able to secure a real estate license if needed.
