Job description
**Job Title: Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the efficient operations of an assigned retail sales area. Key responsibilities encompass supervising merchandising efforts, managing inventory tasks, upholding customer service excellence, and delegating daily responsibilities to team members. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within a mid- to large-scale retail setting. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
