Job description
The Human Resource Manager will lead and implement HR functions, encompassing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include crafting HR policies, promoting a constructive workplace environment, and overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and employee training programs. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline. Familiarity with HRIS, labor regulations, and diverse HR activities is essential, and HR certification is considered an advantage.
