The Insurance Agent plays a key role in marketing nonstandard auto insurance while also growing the business by offering homeowners and health insurance products. They are expected to foster solid relationships with customers, maintain precise documentation of transactions, and serve as a reliable advisor to clients. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, along with excellent communication and relationship management abilities. A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is desirable, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly regarded.
