The Insurance Agent plays a crucial role in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This position involves meticulous documentation of transactions and offering expert advice to clients about various insurance products. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is preferred, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly valued.
