**Leader-in-Training**
The Leader-in-Training will enhance their leadership capabilities by overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and implementing merchandising strategies while fostering team performance. This role is charged with executing company directives, upholding store standards, and gearing up for a future transition into an Assistant or Store Leader position. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age and have either six months of experience in retail leadership or two years of education in business management. The position necessitates the ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
