**Patient Registration Clerk**

The Patient Registration Clerk is responsible for overseeing patient enrollment, verifying insurance details, and supporting the revenue cycle, in addition to providing coverage for the switchboard and monitoring life support alarms. This role requires upholding precise patient records and ensuring exceptional customer service for patients and their families. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, with preference given to those holding an Associate’s degree in a relevant area. Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative positions, as well as familiarity with medical terminology and hospital billing practices.
