**Industrial Painter**
The Industrial Painter is tasked with surface preparation and the application of industrial coatings on components for wind towers through the use of spray equipment. In addition, this role involves conducting quality inspections, maintaining painting tools, and ensuring that all production activities adhere to customer specifications and timelines. Applicants should possess around 3 years of experience in industrial painting and be competent in operating specialized coating machinery. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with a keen attention to detail and the capability to work effectively in a manufacturing setting.
