Job description
The Operating Room Manager is responsible for managing the everyday functions of the operating room, which encompasses staff education, inventory oversight, and adherence to regulatory standards. In addition to administrative duties, this role involves direct patient care, scheduling surgeries, and making certain that all safety measures and HIPAA guidelines are observed meticulously. Applicants should possess a valid RN license and have current BLS and ACLS certifications. A minimum of two years of experience in operating room nursing is preferable, paired with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
