This role involves mentoring and nurturing sales engineers while fostering connections with consultants and suppliers to guarantee the success of projects. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or have equivalent professional experience, in addition to a minimum of 12 years in sales engineering and 8 years in a leadership capacity. Expertise in the commercial HVAC sector and familiarity with collaborating with engineering consultants are essential.
