**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift**
Oversee maintenance activities during the second shift, focusing on equipment diagnostics, preventive upkeep, and team leadership to guarantee operational reliability of the plant. Collaborate with production management to enhance equipment efficiency while adhering to rigorous safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role is necessary, along with practical troubleshooting expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and availability to work on-site during the second shift are crucial for this position.
