The Relationship Banker plays a key role in executing consumer banking activities, providing account services, and facilitating lending, while actively recognizing sales and referral prospects. Additionally, it is essential for them to uphold data integrity, comply with banking regulations, and mitigate operational risks within the branch environment. Applicants should have at least a High School diploma or GED with no prior experience required. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service abilities, strong communication skills, and effective organizational competencies, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
