The selected individual will engage in a sponsorship initiative designed to facilitate their progression from a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Key duties encompass delivering hands-on care to residents while fostering a professional and amiable demeanor during interactions with families and fellow staff members. Candidates are expected to be present for all required training sessions and to commit to either a full-time or part-time role for one year following completion of the program. A consistent attendance record, a solid employment background, and effective communication skills with both residents and team members are essential qualifications.
