**Surgical Technician**
The Surgical Technician plays a vital role in supporting surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures. This includes preparing the operating room, ensuring the availability of sterile supplies, and managing surgical instruments. Additionally, the role encompasses preparing patients, handling specimens, and upholding a safe and organized environment that complies with accreditation standards. Applicants should possess a High School diploma or GED, while a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification is highly desirable. A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital operating room setting and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also mandatory.
