**Roadway Engineer**
The Roadway Engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of transportation initiatives, encompassing highways, roads, and intersections, and will provide support throughout the project’s lifecycle, from initial planning to construction. Key duties include conducting site visits, developing engineering designs and contract documents, and working collaboratively with teams across various disciplines. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and either hold an Engineer in Training (EIT) license or have the capability to secure one within six months. Proficiency with roadway design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D is essential, in addition to strong skills in technical writing and communication.
