This role requires performing thorough quality inspections on components and ensuring precise production counts are maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Ideal candidates will possess previous experience related to the setup and operation of brake presses, along with a strong ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring instruments. A commitment to training on the first shift for a duration of 1-2 months before moving to the second shift is essential.
