**Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse will oversee patient care from the time of admission until discharge, which involves conducting OASIS evaluations and creating personalized care plans. This role includes delivering skilled nursing services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that documentation adheres to both Medicare and state regulations. Applicants must possess an active Ohio RN license, along with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. While prior experience in home health and familiarity with OASIS assessments is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Additionally, current CPR or BLS certification is required.
